Job description:
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers to promote products/services.
- Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate solutions.
- Maintain follow-ups with interested leads to convert into sales.
- Keep records of calls and sales and update the CRM database regularly.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Handle customer queries and resolve issues in a timely and effective manner.
- Work closely with the sales and marketing team to refine messaging and improve outreach.
- Maintain professionalism and product knowledge at all times.
Requirements:
- Gender: Female
- Education: Graduates preferred
- Language Skills: Excellent spoken and written English (other languages are a plus)
- Experience: Prior minimum 1 year experience in telesales or customer service is preferred
- Computer Skills: Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM software
- Strong interpersonal and persuasion skills
- Confident, energetic, and self-motivated
