Manchester Innovation and Technology Academy (Maniatech Academy) is seeking a bilingual (Arabic-English) program manager / Training Coordinator with proven experience in managing educational and training programs. This role is ideal for a dynamic and organized professional who is passionate about delivering high-quality vocational and academic programs aligned with international standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the design, delivery, and evaluation of academic and vocational programs.
- Coordinate with trainers, assessors, and quality assurance teams to ensure smooth program implementation.
- Develop and manage training schedules, student records, and learning platforms.
- Liaise with external partners, awarding bodies, and regulatory entities.
- Support learner engagement, performance tracking, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Manage reporting and documentation related to program outcomes and quality audits.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in managing educational or training programs.
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Business, or related field .
- Excellent command of both Arabic and English (spoken and written).
- Strong organizational and leadership skills.
- Familiarity with LMS platforms and blended learning models.
- Experience working in the UAE education or training sector is a plus.
