Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Lead to head our recruitment function for a group of companies. This role involves leading a multicultural recruitment team, setting strategic hiring goals, and ensuring we attract top talent from diverse backgrounds.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a multicultural recruitment team, ensuring collaboration and high performance.
- Develop and implement recruitment strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Partner with senior leadership to forecast and fulfill manpower requirements.
- Oversee the full recruitment cycle with a focus on quality, speed, and candidate experience.
- Promote diversity and inclusion in all hiring practices.
- Strengthen the employer brand to attract top talent locally and internationally.
- Monitor recruitment metrics and continuously improve processes.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field; HR certifications are an advantage.
- 7+ years of recruitment experience, including 2+ years in a leadership role.
- Proven track record of managing teams with multiple nationalities.
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills.
- Experience in furniture, manufacturing, or related group of companies is a plus.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED12,000.00 - AED15,000.00 per month
