Job Details:

  • Managing schedules / calendar.
  • Channelling information flow & management of e-room.
  • Handling the entire correspondence.
  • Scheduling appointments – internal/external.
  • Making available all relevant data & information as per requirement.
  • Maintenance of data such as, minutes of meetings, files.
  • Travel schedule (National & International).

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor degree holder with experience in the similar role.
  • Good Communication skill.
  • Basic Computer knowledge.
