Job Brief

We are looking for a competent Personal and Administrative Assistant to help with the organization and running of the daily administrative operations of the company. The ideal candidate will be a hard-working professional able to undertake a variety of support tasks and work diligently under pressure. This person will be comfortable working with a high degree of attention to detail and discretion as well as incorporating new and effective ways to achieve better results.

What we need from you

  • Leads and client set up management and optimization. This includes answering live chat requests,

client validation, arranging meetings, tracking, and following-up.

  • Design digital media campaigns aligned with business goals
  • Coordinate the creation of digital content (e.g. website, blogs, press releases, and podcasts)
  • Sort and distribute communications in a timely manner
  • Create and update records ensuring accuracy and validity of information
  • Schedule and plan meetings and appointments; must be well versed in diary management
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure compliance with established policies
  • Maintain trusting relationships with suppliers, clients, and colleagues

The ideal candidate for Personal and Administrative Assistant would have the following background:

  • Previous experience as an Administrator or client-facing roles such as customer service and/or front


  • Thorough understanding of operation management procedures
  • Proficiency in MS Office
  • Written English proficiency mother tongue or equivalent
  • Expert in shaping email content
  • Proficient in communicating with clients via chat considering the company interests

Nice to have

  • Leadership experiences
  • Can speak Arabic is a plus
  • You covered role connected to client acquisition and new business
  • You are familiar with CRM (e.g. Hubspot)
  • You have used software for creating email marketing campaign ( e.g. Snovio, Sending in Blue, Mailer lite, etc)
  • You have experience in managing and growing business social profiles
