Designation: Executive Secretary
Location: Dubai, UAE.
The ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of experience on services related industry / fitout / contracting.
- Responsible for scheduling meetings, managing the executive's business calendar, confirming appointments, and placing and returning phone calls.
- Often reads mail, writes correspondence, creates meeting agendas, perform clerical and administrative work.
- The role may serve in a professional catch-all capacity, doing everything from taking lunch orders, arranging conference calls, reserving meeting venues, booking travel and trouble-shooting tech issues.
- Preparing papers for meetings, taking minutes of meeting.
- Planning, conducting research, and preparing presentations.
Skills and Qualification:
- Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma
- Proven experience as an administrative support / secretarial
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
- Working knowledge of office equipment, like printers and fax machines
- Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS -PowerPoint, in particular)
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritise work
- Attention to detail and problem solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to multi-task
