Since launching only 3 months ago, TGM has gained over 40,000 instagram followers, donated over 30,000 USD charity and sold over 10,000 items. The team is based in JLT with an open plan office space and studio. It is an exciting place to work and we believe in rewarding those who work hard!

We have grown from a team of 3 to 13 in the last 12 weeks. We have a number of people in the marketing team and there is now a position available to head the influencer strategy. Our strategy will be very aggressive in terms of the time, effort and budget we put on this area of the business.

The role is a management position which means the chosen candidate will be fully responsible for owning and delivering the influencer strategy. A target and budget will be set in month one for this project and will scaled up continually providing their is a positive return on investment.

Previous experience in building influencer /Affiliate projects at scale is essential!

The role starts immediately and is very flexible based on experience.
