Parts Sales Representative (Commercial Automotive Parts) - Al Futtaim FAMCO - Dubai DIP



As a Parts Sales Representative for Al Futtaim FAMCO, you will be the first point of contact, assisting our DIP commercial automotive parts division (Trucks, Buses, Heavy Equipment) by providing our new and existing customers with top notch, frontline sales support & customer service. You will be a skilled communicator with sound knowledge commercial automotive aftersales / parts experience. Driven to succeed this is a great opportunity for someone eager to expand his or her career with us!



Minimum Qualifications and Knowledge:
  • Bachelor’s degree or 3 Year diploma of Associate Engineer in any discipline or equivalent
Minimum Experience:
  • Minimum 3 5 years’ work experience in automotive or equipment spare parts / aftersales
Job-Specific Skills:
  • PC applications. Knowledge of ERP preferred.
  • Communication: Needs to have the ability to communicate clearly and effectively
  • Relationship building: Needs to have the ability to build and maintain friendly, warm relationships with customers.
  • Interpersonal Understanding: Needs to understand other people. Needs ability to hear accurately and understand the unspoken or partly expressed thoughts, feelings and concerns of others.
  • Has to have cross-cultural sensitivity
  • Well-presented frontline presentation

Interpersonal Skill, Knowledgeable (Spare Parts) Positive Attitude, Team Player, Continuous Improvement behaviour & Quick Learner and Ability to Learn & Grow.
Extras:
  • Preference will be given to candidates already residing in UAE
  • UAE drivers license is a bonus
