To coordinate and mobilize the executive duties of the organization.

Helps to manage dairies and organizing meetings and appointments.

Responsible for collating and filing expenses.

To type, compile and prepare reports and presentations.

Helping in the organizing of events and conferences.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Must have at least 1-2 years experience as a secretary, personal Assistant or related role.

Must be tactful and confident.

Should be trust trustworthy and organized.

Must be flexible and diplomatic.
