Job Key Details:
Welcome all clients and visitors to the office
Organize meeting rooms as well as meetings
Respond to phones in a professional manner
Conduct administrative duties such as copying, taking notes as well as minutes during meetings etc
Screen and distribute mail accordingly
Preserve good filing systems
for smooth data recovery
Plan appointments
Maintain client database with all details
Job Qualifications and Experience
Possess a Degree in Secretarial Studies or a related discipline
At least 2 years of relevant working experience
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent prioritization and administrative abilities
Ability to work with the Ms Office package
Experience in a construction industry will be a plus
