Retail Account Manager, Gulf

Your Role

Work as Retail Account Manager for Gulf countries with the Sales Director to manage the day-to-day operation as per growth Strategy for the Region.

A Typical Day

  • Grow & expand the retail business for Electrolux Brands in Gulf countries.
  • Develop relationships & cooperation among hypermarkets, power retailers, independent retailers and E-Commerce players.
  • Manage the assigned customer with responsibility of relationship management, order taking, and ensuring End to End Sales cycle
  • To manage orders in co-ordination with Customer Service and Demand Planning team
  • Work with Preferred Partners on the retail channels distribution expansion plans and Marketing execution
  • Work with product team on new product launches, business case submission for the customer bases on Competitive Prices and Price Water fall
  • Complete cross functional alignment for the order to cash cycle, which involves alignment with Product, Sales Operations, Credit and Finance team
  • Travelling within the Gulf countries.
Minimum Qualification

Who You Are

  • Energetic, ambition and persistent personality.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business or other relevant disciplines
  • Experience in sales & retail management for Home Domestic Appliances.
  • At least 7-10 years of experience in Consumer Electronics Industry, preferably white goods
  • Have exposure of working in a global organization
  • Strong communication ability (both written and spoken)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate with stakeholders
  • Strong Relationship with Retailers across Gulf Countries with proven record of accomplishment.
