DubaiThe role of a sales administrator is to deal with incoming customer inquiries and assisting the sales force with daily sales administration activities.

Duties of a Sales Administrator:

  • Processing a high volume of product orders.
  • Processing collections for all sales transactions.
  • Checking prices and contracts are up to date on the CRM system ( Salesforce).
  • Reporting monthly debt results to the sales and finance teams.
  • Daily communication with customers via phone.
  • Dealing with and responding to high volumes of emails.
  • Verification of customer data e.g Purchase Orders.
Requirements for the role:
  • High organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects.
  • Ability to prioritize own workload.
  • Strong communication skills with finance teams.
  • Strong IT skills e.g. Microsoft Excel Suite.
  • An administrative or sales background.
  • Must be detail-oriented.
  • Proficiency in Arabic and English is a must.
