The Role:
Key responsibilities will be:
  • Reviewing Related Party Transactions data with the Finance team for Financial Accounts and TP reports;
  • Monitoring, preparing, reviewing and filing the Related Party Transactions disclosure forms for tax purposes and supporting the related party disclosures for the Financial Statements where needed;
  • Preparing/Reviewing local country TP reports as per local guidelines and rules, including liaising with tax advisors;
  • Reviewing the TP Masterfile report, TP Policy and other required documents for TP Compliance and filing;
  • Preparing responses to Tax Audit queries and liaising with Tax Advisors;
  • Preparation of the CbCR including adjustments in line with the OECD and local country regulations as required; Perform risk review, finalise CbCR for timely filing;
  • Filing of CbCR Notifications;
  • Review of cross border charges for support services;
  • Advise on WHT implications;
  • Prepare, review and file ESR Notifications and Report in required jurisdictions;
  • Assist with preparation and review of all Inter-company agreements related to loans, cross border support services and management charges;
  • Maintaining Status Reports for:
o TP reports preparation progress;
o CbCR notification deadlines and filing
o ESR Notifications and report filing
  • Advise on group structures and inter-company re-organisations and any other tax projects as required from time to time to meet business needs;
  • Must have good understanding of double tax treaties, MLI and BEPS project;
  • Build good relations with advisors, inhouse Legal, Finance and business teams across the network;

The ideal candidate will have the following experience/qualifications:
o University Degree, qualified accountant
o Minimum 9 years’ post qualified experience in tax accounting & consultancy, preferably with one of the Big 4 firms and in-house with a global multinational firm
o Self-motivated with great organizational skills
o A team player
o Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
o Good knowledge of Excel and Power point
