- Prepare a variety of hot dishes including sandwiches, pizzas, pasta, grills, and mains
- Maintain quality, consistency, and presentation across all dishes
- Assist in planning and improving the menu
- Ensure kitchen cleanliness, food safety, and hygiene standards are always met
- Handle prep work, stock rotation, and inventory as needed
- Work efficiently during busy hours without compromising standards
- Coordinate with front-of-house for smooth service
