Job Description
We’re seeking a creative and dynamic Healthy International Menu Development Chef & Culinary Trainer. This role combines menu innovation, hands-on culinary education, and teamwork across Hola’s dine-in, delivery, and meal plan kitchens. You’ll develop and launch a standout healthy menu, train staff, and be the face of our signature weekly customer cooking classes—a unique selling point for Hola.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and test healthy, gluten-free, and sugar-free recipes for all dayparts (B, L, D, S) across Mediterranean, Japanese, Italian, and global cuisines.
- Collaborate with the delivery kitchen and meal plan teams to adapt and integrate new menu items, ensuring consistency and high standards across all Hola channels.
- Train and upskill all kitchen staff, conducting regular workshops and hands-on sessions.
- Lead weekly paid customer cooking classes, preparing class materials and ensuring an engaging experience.
- Document all recipes and processes for production and training.
- Act as a brand ambassador, representing Hola at events and building community engagement.
- Ensure strict compliance with food safety, allergen, and HACCP standards.
- Stay updated with global healthy food trends and incorporate innovative ideas.

Pay: Up to AED9,000.00 per month
