We’re looking for a Marketing & Social Media Executive to drive our brand presence, create engaging content, and manage all digital marketing activities. Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and grow the company’s presence across all major social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc.)
- Plan, create, and publish engaging multimedia content — including Reels, photos, and videos — tailored to our target audience
- Conduct photography and videography for property listings, events, and promotional content
- Promote listings on real estate portals and digital platforms to drive visibility and inquiries
- Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across various channels
- Monitor, analyze, and report on social media performance and website traffic using analytics tools
- Manage paid ad campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook/Meta Ads, etc.)
- Stay updated on the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices to keep the brand relevant and competitive
Requirements:
- 1–2 years of experience in a digital marketing role (real estate industry preferred)
- Solid understanding of social media platforms, digital marketing tools, and current trends
- Experience in content creation, video editing, and basic graphic design
- Photography/videography skills for on-site property shoots
- Knowledge of real estate marketing strategies and portals is a plus
- Proactive, creative, organized, and able to work independently
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail

- Fixed salary: AED 2,500 – AED 3,500 per month
