Role Overview

Key Responsibilities
- Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting residential and commercial properties
- Conduct property viewings, negotiations, and closing procedures
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market trends, pricing, and legal requirements
- Build and manage a portfolio of listings and client relationships
- Generate leads through networking, referrals, and marketing campaigns
- Provide expert guidance and support throughout the transaction process
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth operations and client satisfaction
Qualifications & Skills
- Minimum 1–3 years of experience in real estate sales or customer service
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Fluent in English; Arabic or other languages are a plus
- Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset
- Familiarity with CRM systems and property listing platforms
- Valid UAE driving license and access to a vehicle
