About the Role:
As a Real Estate Sales Agent, you will be responsible for assisting clients in buying, selling, and leasing properties in Abu Dhabi. You will provide expert guidance on market trends, investment opportunities, and legal regulations, ensuring a seamless property transaction process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist clients with purchasing, selling, and leasing properties.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through excellent customer service.
- Stay updated on Abu Dhabi’s real estate market, including pricing trends and legal requirements.
- Conduct property viewings and provide virtual tours for international clients.
- Negotiate and close deals to maximize revenue.
- Utilize digital marketing strategies to promote property listings.
- Work closely with developers and brokers to access prime properties.
- Guide clients on investment opportunities and potential returns.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Previous experience in real estate or sales (preferred).
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Knowledge of Abu Dhabi’s property market.
- Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).
- UAE real estate license or willingness to obtain one.
- UAE driving license and reliable transportation.
- Self-motivated and goal-driven mindset.
