Real Estate Agent – Dubai Experience Required
Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Real Estate Agent to join our Dubai branch – Homegate Real Estate. The ideal candidate must have a proven track record in the Dubai property market with strong knowledge of local communities, RERA regulations, and market trends. You will be responsible for guiding clients through the buying, selling, and leasing process while providing expert advice and outstanding service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle sales, leasing, and off-plan properties across Dubai
- Build and maintain a strong client network through cold calls, referrals, and property viewings
- Provide expert advice to clients on pricing, market trends, and investment opportunities
- Conduct property viewings and negotiate deals between buyers and sellers/tenants and landlords
- Maintain updated knowledge of Dubai’s real estate laws, procedures, and communities
- List properties, take photos/videos, and create marketing content for online platforms
- Work closely with CRM systems and manage leads efficiently
- Coordinate with developers, owners, and brokers to close deals
Requirements:
- Minimum 6 months of real estate experience in Dubai
- Strong understanding of Dubai communities and off-plan projects
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus)
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently
