We are a growing real estate brokerage in Dubai, offering a wide range of property opportunities from leading developers. We are looking for motivated and ambitious Sales Agents who are passionate about real estate and eager to achieve success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Promote and sell properties from various developers.
- Generate, manage, and follow up on leads through calls, meetings, and networking.
- Advise clients on property options, investment returns, and payment plans.
- Conduct presentations, arrange site visits, and guide clients through the buying process.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients.
- Stay updated with the latest project launches and market trends.
Requirements:
- Experience in real estate sales (off-plan experience preferred).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
- Fluency in English and Hindi (Additional languages are a plus)
- Strong networking and client relationship-building skills.
- Target-driven, ambitious, and self-motivated.
- Preferred nationality: Indians and Pakistanis
