Job Summary
Metropolitan Capital Real Estate is seeking a results-driven Real Estate Sales Executive to join our expanding team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will be passionate about property sales, possess strong negotiation skills, and have a deep understanding of the UAE real estate market. This role involves managing client relationships, closing deals, and contributing to the company’s continued success in the capital.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate leads and actively prospect for new clients through networking, referrals, and marketing campaigns
- Assist clients in buying, selling, and leasing residential and commercial properties
- Conduct property viewings, presentations, and negotiations with potential buyers and tenants
- Provide accurate information on market conditions, pricing, and legal requirements
- Maintain a strong understanding of current property listings and market trends
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients and stakeholders
- Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to promote listings and enhance brand visibility
- Ensure compliance with all real estate laws and company policies
Requirements
- Proven experience in real estate sales or a related field
- Strong knowledge of the Abu Dhabi property market
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and meet sales targets
- Fluency in English; Arabic is an advantage
- Valid UAE driving license and access to a vehicle
- RERA certification or willingness to obtain it
