Real Estate Sales Manager

About Us:
Affordable Group of Companies is a fast-growing organization in Dubai with diverse business divisions. We are expanding our Real Estate division and are looking for a talented and driven Real Estate Sales Manager to lead sales operations for villas, off-plan properties, rentals, and sales listings.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the real estate sales team to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Manage property listings across Dubai, focusing on luxury villas, off-plan projects, and rental/sales transactions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, investors, landlords, and developers.
- Oversee the end-to-end sales cycle — from prospecting to negotiation and closing deals.
- Ensure accurate and timely marketing of properties across online platforms and company channels.
- Stay updated with Dubai’s real estate regulations (RERA), market trends, and competitor strategies.
- Train and motivate team members to perform at their best.
- Collaborate with the marketing team on campaigns to boost lead generation.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5+ years of real estate sales experience in Dubai.
- Proven track record in villas, off-plan properties, rentals, and sales listings.
- In-depth knowledge of Dubai’s property market and communities.
- RERA certification (preferred or willing to obtain).
- Strong leadership, client relationship, and negotiation skills.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and major property portals (Bayut, Property Finder, Dubizzle, etc.).
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, or related field.
