About the Role
Arfeen Real Estate is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our high-performing team. This is a key leadership opportunity for an experienced real estate professional ready to drive growth, mentor a winning team, and shape strategic direction.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of proven experience in real estate sales, preferably within the UAE market
- Previous experience managing a team of 5 or more Property Consultants
- Strong leadership, planning, and organizational skills
- Valid UAE driver’s license and access to own vehicle
- Demonstrated success working in target-driven environments
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the day-to-day operations of the sales team
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies to expand market share and revenue
- Coach and support team members with training, motivation, and regular performance reviews
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, investors, and key stakeholders
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends to drive strategic decision-making
- Represent Arfeen Real Estate at exhibitions, project launches, and real estate events
