We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our sales operations in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing strategic sales plans, managing a high-performing team, and driving revenue growth across key markets.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute regional sales strategies aligned with company goals
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to exceed performance targets
- Identify new business opportunities and nurture client relationships
- Oversee CRM pipeline management and ensure accurate forecasting
- Collaborate with marketing and operations to optimize lead conversion
- Represent the company in high-level negotiations and client presentations
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to refine sales tactics
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales leadership (minimum 3 years)
- Strong negotiation and contract management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficiency in CRM platforms (Bitrix24 preferred)
- Fluency in English; Arabic is a plus
- UAE Driving License is a must
