Job Overview:
We are looking for a highly proactive and initiative-driven Sales Administrator to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
- A to Z Steps in Closing a Real Estate Deals
- Manage and maintain the sales department's documentation.
- Prepare contracts, invoices, and other essential client-related documents.
- Update and maintain the client database.
- Provide administrative support to the sales team.
- Coordinate meetings, presentations, and client events.
- Work with CRM systems to enter and update data.
- Monitor and track the daily tasks within the sales team.
- Knowledge of DLD and DLD procedures is a must
Candidate Requirements:
- Exceptional proactivity and initiative.
- A minimum of 3 years of prior experience in UAE Real Estate market, with in-depth exposure of dealing with DLD
- Strong organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure.
- Proficiency in English & Arabic.
- Confident with using computers and office applications (Microsoft Office, Google Workspace).

Pay: AED7,000.00 - AED9,000.00 per month
