We’re Hiring: Sales Consultant – Real Estate
Providential Properties Management is one of Abu Dhabi’s leading real estate companies, offering premium property sales, leasing, and management services. We are looking for a results-driven Sales Consultant to join our team, drive property sales, and deliver exceptional service to our valued clients.
KeyResponsibilities:
- Prospect, source, and develop new leads for property sales.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with buyers, sellers, and investors.
- Conduct property viewings and provide clients with relevant market insights.
- Negotiate sales agreements and ensure smooth deal closures.
- Maintain and update client and property records in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to promote listings effectively.
- Stay informed about current market trends, pricing, and competition.
- Ensure compliance with UAE real estate laws and company policies.
- Follow up with clients to maintain long-term relationships and generate referrals.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in real estate sales or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of the UAE real estate market, especially Abu Dhabi.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated with the ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Proficiency in CRM systems and property listing portals.
- Fluency in English is required; Arabic is an advantage.
- Valid UAE driving license is preferred.
- Valid Brokerage License.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
