Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our real estate sales team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in real estate sales, team leadership, and business development. The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving revenue growth, recruiting and training agents, implementing sales strategies, and ensuring the team meets or exceeds sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Business Development:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve company revenue goals.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and identify new business opportunities.
- Oversee lead generation, conversion, and client relationship management.
- Ensure the sales team meets individual and team sales targets.
Team Leadership & Management:
- Recruit, train, and mentor real estate agents to enhance performance.
- Conduct regular sales meetings, training sessions, and performance reviews.
- Foster a high-performance culture with motivation, recognition, and accountability.
- Provide guidance on negotiation, closing techniques, and client handling.
Operations & Compliance:
- Ensure compliance with real estate laws, regulations, and company policies.
- Oversee contract management, pricing strategies, and deal structuring.
- Collaborate with marketing to develop promotional campaigns and branding efforts.
- Maintain accurate sales records and reports for management review.
Client & Stakeholder Relations:
- Build and maintain relationships with key clients, investors, and partners.
- Address client concerns and ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Represent the company at industry events, networking functions, and meetings.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field (preferred).
- Experience:
- 5+ years in real estate sales, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets.
- Strong knowledge of local real estate markets and trends.
- Licenses: Valid Real Estate Broker/Salesperson license (required).
- Skills:
- Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software and real estate tools.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and market insights.
