Role Overview:
We are seeking a driven Sales Manager / Team Leader to head our real estate sales team. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a proven track record in Dubai real estate, and the ability to guide, mentor, and motivate agents to achieve outstanding results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, manage, and motivate a team of real estate agents.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve company targets.
- Train, support, and coach team members to maximize productivity.
- Monitor market trends and identify new business opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.
- Ensure smooth closing of property transactions and high customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3–5 years of real estate experience in Dubai.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing abilities.
- RERA Certification (preferred or willing to obtain).
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
