Overview
Job Description
- Daily administrative support to the sales team
- Issuance and control of commercial proposals, contracts, invoices and guides
- CRM management and customer data update
- Tracking sales orders from entry to delivery
- Logistics support and coordination with the warehouse to ensure stock availability
- Preparation of sales, margin and team performance reports
- Ensure that all documentation is complete and in accordance with internal processes
- Maintaining an updated and segmented customer base
- Support for company events, fairs or commercial initiatives
Job Requirements
- Experience in administrative and/or commercial management
- Good knowledge of Excel and Word
- Ability to work with CRMs and business management software
- Basic knowledge of logistics and sales processes
- Excellent organizational skills and priority management
- Good writing and formal communication
