Qualifications:
- Min. 1 year experience in Dubai Real Estate Telesales
- Excellent communication skills
- Must have good telephone etiquette and good customer service skills
- Self-motivated, confident, persevering
- Should be a team player, persistent, resourceful and result-driven

Job Description:
- Call potential clients from provided leads
- Introduce company services and available property listings
- Schedule appointments for property consultants
- Maintain and update client records
- Follow up with interested leads
- Update knowledge by studying listings; visiting properties; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional and community organizations.
- Conduct research and analysis of property market to identify areas with increasing demand and profitability margin
- Maintain regular contact with Developers, landlords, investors, tenants and owners to find new opportunities.
- Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of government housing/property laws and policies of UAE

Experience:
- Dubai Real Estate Sales: 1 year (Preferred)
