Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote timeshare packages and services.
- Answer incoming calls from prospective customers and provide information about timeshare offerings.
- Identify customer needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their vacation requirements.
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge to effectively communicate the benefits of timeshare ownership.
- Schedule appointments for potential customers to attend presentations or tours.
- Follow up with leads and prospects to ensure a high conversion rate.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Provide excellent customer service and build strong relationships with clients.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Telecaller or similar role in the timeshare industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong sales and negotiation skills.
- Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated.
- Proficiency in CRM software and telemarketing tools.
- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is a plus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: AED1,500.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Abu Dhabi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
