Role Purpose:
To manage the promotion of the brand Fakeeh University Hospital, UAE in general and the Fakeeh Home Health Care and the Hospital in particular.

Ensure the smooth operation of healthcare facilities for Community based Doctors (CBD). Essential responsibilities are managing Doctors Schedules, completing clerical tasks, scheduling appointments, filling information, and coordination between several departments.

Main Accountabilities: What the role must deliver. If not delivered, the performance will be impacted.

Working with creative agencies to develop and deliver brand and tactical creative campaigns

Manages Community Based Doctors. schedule effectively and accurately.

Coordinated and scheduled surgical appointments and procedures to be communicated to all the relevant departments.

Acts as a liaison between Community Based Doctors and medical/administrators’ staff.

Provides administrative support to all medical staff.

Initiates and completes work assignments in a self-directed manner with minimal need for constant supervision.

Provide other administrative and clerical duties in support of the medical care and operational team.

Manages the administrative activities of the Community Based Doctors.

Maintaining daily spread sheets for all Community Based Doctors on what the status is for their insurance referrals.

Communicates with Community Based Doctors and nurses to achieve a desired goal.

Collaborates with team members to deliver quality health care to patients.

Follows established departmental policies and perform under the best conditions for continuous quality and safety.

Working with our Medical Centers to oversee SMS and email campaigns.

Supporting the Business Development Manager in supplying support materials and collateral for corporate and community events.

Job Specifications :

Bachelor’s degree in Advertising, Marketing or Public Relations

At least 3 years’ experience in an advertising agency or in a marketing department client side

Good organizational skills and multi-tasked abilities.

Healthcare experience with a basic understanding of clinical terms and benefits investigation preferred.

Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively, follow established protocols, and work within FUH guidelines.

Highly self-motivated and directed, with keen attention to detail

Demonstrated proactive approaches to problem-solving with strong decision-making capability

Excellent Customer Service Skills, demonstrated ability to use appropriate judgment, independent thinking and creativity when resolving customer issue

Ability to work well under pressure, ability to work accurately and efficiently, ability to interact effectively, tactfully and in a supportive manner with persons of all backgrounds.

Knowledge of healthcare and UAE healthcare regulations.

Attention to detail.

Ability to maintain confidentiality

Fluent in English language and excellent communication skills. Arabic will be an advantage
