The Role
Following recent and ongoing growth within a corporate investment firm in DIFC, an Executive Assistant is now required to support all the operational functions of the organisation including HR, Legal and Finance. This role is exceptionally varied and needs an Executive Assistant with a hands on, team oriented approach with the ability to switch tasks constantly throughout the day. You will be supporting the VP of HR and Director of Operations with a broad range of responsibilities from onboarding senior new joiners and lengthy legal document management to diary organisation and collation of financial reports. You will manage highly confidential documents and interact with all levels of seniority both internally and externally, ensuring you are an excellent ambassador for this exceptionally discreet and well established successful team. PowerPoint presentations, internal and external correspondence, proof reading and drafting, meeting minutes, global time zone diary management and travel arrangements are also important aspects of this busy role.

Requirements
A focused and hardworking team ethic are essential for this position, so those who find solutions and have a positive outlook are required to apply. The ability to multitask with exemplary time management skills are paramount, alongside excellent English language communication with Arabic being a distinct advantage. Corporate appearance and an immaculate presentation are also key factors required to represent our DIFC client. It is therefore expected that you will be degree educated (or equivalent) and have professional services exposure within a multi-national, multi-cultural corporation. Exceptional personal skills including social competency and high energy levels, with the ability to be engaged both inside and outside of normal business hours on occasion are required to be successful. Applicants must also have a strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook) and be a quick learner of processes and internal systems.
