Supporting the regional recruitment activities to ensure that specified vacancies are filled in a timely and efficient manner.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sourcing candidates that best fit the SABIS® culture according to the recruitment needs.
  • Posting vacancies on SABIS® Careers, international recruitment websites, and universities alumni pages.
  • Developing and maintaining the weekly and monthly recruitment reports for the department in order to keep all relevant parties well-informed on the recruitment advancement.

Ideal Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, or equivalent
  • 0 to 2 years of experience in the field
  • English proficient
  • Eye for Detail / Thoroughness
  • Communication Skills
  • Demonstrating Professional Behavior and Ethical Conduct
  • Delivering Results
  • Seeking Continuous Improvement
  • Showing Accountability and Taking Ownership
