Vayna Real Estate is looking for motivated and ambitious Real Estate Brokers to join our dynamic team in Business Bay, Dubai.
This is a broker role with commission-only compensation, perfect for individuals who are driven by performance and want full control over their earnings. We provide the platform, tools, and support — you close the deals.

Requirements:
- Active UAE real estate license (or in progress)
- Previous real estate or sales experience preferred
- Professional, organized, and self-motivated
- Excellent communication skills
- Own visa or freelance license is a plus
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED1.00 - AED10.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
