Qimat Al Sahra Real Estate is hiring experienced Real Estate Sale Agents
About the Role:
As part of our team, your main focus will be on selling off-plan projects from leading developers, along with ready properties for both sale and rent.
What you will do:
- Promote and sell off-plan and ready properties in Dubai
- Build and maintain relationships with clients
- Arrange property viewings and follow up with leads
- Stay updated on market trends and new project launches
- Work towards monthly sales targets
What we are looking for:
- Previous experience in real estate sales in Dubai is an advantage (but not a must)
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Fluent in English; knowledge of another language (Arabic, Russian, Chinese, French, etc.) is a plus
- Self-motivated, with a positive and professional attitude
- Presentable and well-spoken
- Ability to work under pressure and meet targets
- Familiarity with Dubai real estate procedures (RERA, DLD) is a plus
- Understanding of off-plan payment plans and property handovers is an advantage
- Having a valid UAE driving license and own car
- Social media skills for promoting properties
