Arfeen Real Estate is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our high-performing team. This is a strategic leadership role for an experienced real estate professional ready to mentor talent, drive growth, and shape the future of our sales division.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of proven real estate sales experience (UAE experience preferred)
- Demonstrated track record of managing a team of 5+ Property Consultants
- Strong leadership, planning, and organizational skills
- Valid UAE driver’s license and own vehicle
- Proven success in target-driven, fast-paced environments
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage daily sales operations
- Develop and execute strategies to increase revenue and market share
- Train, coach, and mentor team members to achieve their goals
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, investors, and stakeholders
- Monitor competitor activity and stay updated on market trends
- Represent Arfeen Real Estate at exhibitions, launches, and industry events
