Job Description

  • New business development – developing a pipeline within UAE (United Arab Emirates).
  • Consultative selling – Full sales cycle from cold calls to sales closure including definition of needs and competitive product positioning for a detailed demo by delivery team,
  • Account management – during delivery of the solution, receivable followup and collection. Client communication – Comfort in creating or modifying standard introductory Emails, powerpoints, and proposals .
  • Meet quarterly target revenues.
  • Healthy commission structure linked to top-line disbursed with monthly payroll.

DESIRED CANDIDATES PROFILE Profile
  • University Graduate with a track record of having excelled academically.
  • 4 to 8 years experience in sales/ Business Development position in the field of Mid-tier Software solutions preferably ERP like Microsoft Dynamics or Sage or 3i Infotech/Orion.
  • Understanding of typical business processes and challenges in a trading, manufacturing or services organisation and managing the sales cycle from the gate-keeper to the CEO.
  • Experience in handling Upper Mid Tier Enterprise accounts and mapping multiple players with Clear understanding of accounting concepts and capability to translate a business need to an ERP feature Broad understanding of implementation process and deployment options.
  • Must have driving license with own car. Should be fluent in English. Must be presentable with good communication skills.
  • 2 References required for confirming sales track record.

Experience 3 – 8 years
Education Basic – Bachelor of Business Administration ( Management ) , Bachelors in Commerce with some additional courses in IT/networking/software development . B Tech graduates with a clear understanding of key commerce concepts may also apply.
