Should have good command of verbal and written communication skills.
Proven working experience and can work in a team.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Carrying general administration and clerical duties.
Scheduling appointments in person and over the phone.
Communicating with patients and clinical staff about any delays and important information.
Responding promptly to patients and visitor inquiries.
Maintaining updated medical records.
